COVID
For the health and safety of you and others, Wood Haven ATX encourages CDC protocols. Vaccination requirements are at the discretion of any given presenter. Physical distancing is easy to establish in the studio and on the grounds. Everyone leading classes and events is committed to the safety of themselves and others. We continue to monitor the covid situation to assure offerings are as safe as possible for all.
CARE & LOVE OF WOOD HAVEN’S SACRED FLOOR
Our sprung wood floor is the gem of Wood Haven.
We have very strict footwear policies. The entire building is a SHOE FREE ZONE. Exceptions must be approved if footwear is required due to the physical or medical necessity of an individuals’.
No furniture or heavy equipment are allowed on the floor other than feet, bodies, pillows etc.
Food and beverages are not permitted out of the Kitchen. No FOOD or BEVERAGES are allowed in floor area at anytime.
Care of floor: No soap or water may be used on the dance floor. The use of rosin-based products is prohibited in the studio. Again, no food or drink in floor are, including water.
The floor must be dry mopped before and after each use.
PARKING
Parking is somewhat limited. We encourage car pooling for this reason and for protecting the environment.
PETS
Please leave your pets at home. With special permission and previous arrangements exceptions can be made for therapy dogs. They must be leashed and are not allowed on the floor at any time.
RAINWATER SYSTEM
Wood Haven’s rainwater collection system is our water supply. Enjoy drinking lots of this mana from the heavens. Most importantly please practice conscious use of the water when showering and washing dishes.
FACILITIES
All indoor and outdoor areas must be left as they were found. Kitchen and bathroom cleaned thoroughly, dishes washed and put up. The grounds and porch ares returned to original configurations. All trash carried out and placed in proper receptacles. Recycling is required.
SAFETY
Renters carry full responsibility for the health and safety of themselves and their participants. All entering the studio are required to sign a release form to this effect.
NO SMOKING
Wood Haven ATX is a smoke-free building. No tobacco products, vaping or illegal drugs are permitted in the building. No smoking is allowed in the Studio or within 20 feet of any entry door. Absolutely no open flame is permitted in the building.
The Renter should consult with the Owner regarding any questionable items, including candles.
DEPOSITS
Deposits will not be refunded in the case of non-adherence to terms and conditions, whether or not any damage has occurred.
